Nothing beats a juicy burger made from farm-fresh ground beef—tender, flavorful, and sizzling hot off the grill. Here’s how we make them epically drool worthy at Fields of Athenry.
Bring it to Room Temp – Let the ground beef sit out for about 20–30 minutes so they cook evenly.
Season Like You Mean It – Sprinkle generously with
kosher salt and cracked pepper just before grilling or your favorite
burger seasoning like our Mom's Seasoning.
Sear Over High Heat – Place burgers directly over high heat to lock in flavor and get a nice crust.
Finish Over Medium Heat – Move to a cooler spot on the grill to cook through without drying out. 135F - 140F for medium rare.
Rest Briefly – Give burgers 2–3 minutes before serving so the juices settle.
From Farm to Feast - Happy Grilling!
