Orders must be in by Sunday at noon. Customers have from Sunday 12:01 PM to the following Sunday at 11:59 AM each week to place their order. We send the cut sheets to our processors on Sunday or Monday.
Livestock goes in for kill, clean, cut, and packaging. Admin prints off orders and organizes them into assigned delivery routes, farm shop pickups, and shipping. The kitchen gets fired up for pre-made meal production, which continues throughout the week.
Our driver leaves at 6:30 AM to pick up our processed chicken. The truck gets back around 1:00–1:30 PM, and the ladies start packaging all of the chicken orders while the other team members unload the rest of the meat. Once that step is finished, we start packing delivery and farm shop pickup orders around 3:00 PM until about 6:30–7:00 PM.
Farm Shop is open 12:00–4:00 PM.
The delivery trucks leave in the morning with all of our customers' pre-ordered deliveries. The team comes in at 9:00 AM to get the shop ready, fire up the cooktops to continue production of our pre-made meals, and then open the shop.
The Farm Shop is open 9:00 AM–4:00 PM for anyone who wants to come in and shop what's in stock.
