Bernadette works alongside her mother, Elaine and helps keep things moving and operating! Elaine cooks the delicious food while Bernadette designs the boards and makes them look pretty.

Elaine started this journey of farming and entrepreneurship twenty some years ago to be able to be a working and stay at home mother to her five girls. What started as a little farm shop in the basement of her home on her farm has turned into a blossoming store front & bistro nestled in the town of Middleburg. Since her girls have grown and flown the coop, she's turned her love of cooking into a boutique, gourmet catering and private parties business. Here she uses family heirloom pieces for many events to elevate any food spread into a gorgeous and elegant display. After all, pretty food just tastes better!

It's a family affair over here at FoA & SSB so Dad Brad is often recruited as our Grill Man and Hostest with the Mostest because while he's the most amazing grill master he's also fantastic at chatting;)
